Recognition & Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards

- Implementation (both within and beyond Ukraine) of rulings, passed by the Ukrainian courts;

- Recognition and implementation in Ukraine of the decisions of international commercial arbitration courts and foreign courts.

- Recognition of the acts of state executive service as illegal, nullification of the agreement on selling of the arrested property, nullification of the sale-purchase agreement, certificate of title, recognition of title to property, reclamation of property from unlawful possession;
