Land Disputes

- Distribution of the common land plot proportionally to the shares in common real estate (house, other premises), which is located on such land plot;

- Border disputes between land users;

- Nullification of decisions of governmental institutions about privatization of a land plot or rent of a land plot, due to violation of the technical documentation execution order during preparation of the decisions, and due to other reasons;
