New legal entities establishment

Lawyers of LCF LAW GROUP provide consultations and the whole complex of legal services with regards to establishment and registration of the companies, with all property forms, including those with foreign investments, registration of affiliates, branches, representative offices of Ukrainian and foreign companies both within and beyond Ukraine, and liquidation of enterprises, including the following:

- Planning and choice of organizational-legal forms for all enterprises, which are being created;

- Consultations on future taxation and choice of the most appropriate system;

- Consultations for foreign persons and legal entities on legal and practical issues of enterprise establishment and commercial activities on the territory of Ukraine;

- Preparation of the complete package of documents, needed for registration of the enterprise;

- Reservation of the name of the enterprise;

- State registration of the enterprise;

- Registration at tax authorities, statistics department and all state funds;

- Obtainment of the permit to make seal of the enterprise;

- Opening of the bank accounts;

- Registration of change of location, name of the enterprise, change of the head of the enterprise or any other changes in the incorporation documents of the enterprise;

- Registration of the representative offices of the foreign companies in Ukraine (consultations on registration of representative office of the foreign company in Ukraine; preparation of package of documents, needed for registration and organization of activities of the representative office of the foreign company on the territory of Ukraine; obtainment of certificate about registration in the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine; registration in tax bodies and all necessary funds; opening of bank account, etc);

- Obtainment of necessary licenses and permits to perform separate types of entrepreneur activities (consultations concerning necessity to obtain license and/or permit; preparation and submission of the complete package of primary documents, needed to obtain license and/or permit; representation of interests during consideration of case about issue of license (if necessary) etc);

- Liquidation of the enterprise pursuant to the owner’s decision (preparation of the complete package of necessary documents; closing of bank accounts; promotion of tax audit; removal from the register of corresponding tax inspection; removal from the register in the customs service (if there was accreditation); removal from the register of four funds of the corresponding region; destruction of seals and other attributes connected with permissions; transfer of documents to the archive; removal of the enterprise from the Unified State Register of the Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU);

- Liquidation of enterprises through bankruptcy proceedings.
