Artem Stoianov

Education: Artem Stoianov graduated from Institute of International relations of Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University with Specialist diploma in International law and interpreter of English in 2002.

Artem mainly specializes in litigation providing legal advice on a wide range of issues, although his primary focus is tax law, estate planning, real estate and bankruptcy.

Experience:
Early in his career, Mr. Stoianov worked as a lawyer in the LF "Baybarza and Volkov”, then he joined a well-known law firm “Magisters and partners” (now Egorov Puginsky Afanasiev & Partners) where he practiced litigation and corporate law. In 2005, Mr. Stoianov proudly opened his own law office, “Private Law Center” where he has litigated many cases in different areas of law.
In April 2009, Private Law Center merged with LCF Law Group subsequently guided by Artem Stoianov and Anna Ogrenchuk. During his career, Mr. Stoianov has been involved in many test cases, making him one of the best lawyers in Ukraine.

Among his achievements:
- Best Top 10 Lawyers in Ukraine published by Kyiv Post (2011);
- One of the TOP 100. Best Lawyers of Ukraine according to the results of All-Ukrainian research "Client Choice 2010-2011";
- One of the leading Ukrainian lawyers in Tax Practice, by the results of Yuridicheskay gazeta research (2010);
- “Best Tax Lawyer” - Legal Awards 2010 initiated by Yuridicheskay Praktika weekly.

Membership: a member of Ukrainian Bar Association, Lawyers Union of Ukraine, the Coordination Council of Young Lawyers within the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, Scientific-Expert Council to Committee for European integration of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Council of Independent Accountants and Auditors, Public Council under the State Registration Service of Ukraine, the Association "Land Union of Ukraine", European Business Association.
